I started working at New College in 2004 as a member of the Personal Learning Coach (PLC) team, providing support, guidance and mentorship to Sixth Form Centre students. In 2007 I became PLC Team Leader before moving to teach GCSE and A-Level English Literature, alongside my leadership role.
