Duties include: As a Retail Apprentice you will assist in preparation of sweets, ice creams and milkshakes for takeaway counter service at Bon Bons Sweets & Shakes, responsible for maintaining high standards of your own work station and keeping the highest standard of personal hygiene, ensure the efficient running of the shop, provide excellent customer service through the takeaway service, comply with company standards and maintain standards of cleanliness relating to work areas and equipment, attractive display non-fresh food products, such as drinks & confectionary, processing transactions and handling cash, assist and maintain the online website and facebook page.

Apprentice Office Administrator, to assist the designers with administrative tasks. Provide assistance to the designers in the office, this will be done via downloading and printing drawings, converting drawings from one format to another, completing drawing issue sheets. Occasionally there will be a requirement to assist with small updates to the drawings however full training will be provided on the Autocad software.

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Apprentice to join New College Durham. The role will involve answering calls, photocopying, typing documents and general administration duties. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to staff within the office. Main Duties to include: word processing documents, taking and typing of minutes, answering telephone calls, dealing with enquiries, maintain and update systems, photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving.
