Freedom of Information at New College Durham: Guide to information

You should make your request in writing, by post or eMail and we will have 20 working days to respond. We may charge a fee for the provision of information, in accordance with our guidelines. We may decline to supply information but where we do we will give reasons. Any complaints should be directed initially to the College using our Complaints procedure.
