Purchasing Policies

Purchasing policy pre-tender qualification questionnaires are sent to suppliers with regard to environmental awareness, quality assurance and sustainability issues.

Electrical Equipment

Wherever possible electrical equipment is sourced with regard to performance specification.

Utility Procurement

Utility costs continue to escalate and in order to obtain best value electricity is procured through Energy Quote via an electronic procurement route to obtain lowest costs.

We make use of Fair Trade products and offer seasonal produce on our menus.
