The Erasmas student exchange programme

Through the Erasmus student exchange programme, we welcome students from across Europe, and from our partner colleges, to study and/or undertake a work placement at New College Durham. It's an excellent opportunity to experience the English culture, meet new people and learn new skills. Working abroad will also show potential employers that you are motivated, independent and adaptable.

Erasmus students can select modules from a range of our foundation degree and top-up degree programmes. For more information about the modules available, email international@newdur.ac.uk

To apply for the Erasmus programme you will need to speak to the Erasmus Co-ordinator at your college/university, and be nominated for a place at New College Durham.

Application deadlines:

Semester 1 (September – December) – 31 May

Semester 2 (January – May) – 31 October
