If you want to study a university level course but don’t have the entry requirements, a one-year Access to HE Diploma is the perfect choice for you.

We offer a Level 2 Pre-Access to HE programme, and five Level 3 Access to HE Diplomas in:

• Education
• Health
• Humanities
• Science

If you left school without any formal qualifications, our evening classes in maths & English can help you get up to speed.

Depending on your career goals, you can choose to study GCSE or Functional Skills.

Our GCSE English programme is offered as both face-to-face or online learning, so you can learn in a way that suits you.

Good numeracy skills may unlock job opportunities and lead to higher wages or prepare you for further study. They also help in everyday life, such as helping children with homework and budgeting money.

The courses have no exams and will be held across the Tees Valley.

If English isn’t your first language you can develop your skills and confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing with our one part-time or full-time ESOL courses.

Our full-time EFL (English as a Foreign Language) course prepares you for entry to a Cambridge main suite exam at an appropriate level.
