Public Services

Does being part of the front line action get your pulse racing?

About Public Services

Be part of the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force, Police, Prison Service or Fire and Rescue Service.

We will help you to develop lots of special qualities including being able to react quickly and take positive action, remain calm, have a good level of fitness, be firm and tactful, use your own initiative and of course have lots of self discipline.

Anything else I need to know?

An adrenaline-fuelled fitness programme takes place every Wednesday morning for all you public service students, to make sure you’re fighting fit and pass the fitness entry requirements of your desired public service with flying colours. That’s not all, on a Wednesday afternoon we have over 15 sport activities on offer (phew!) and if you’ve got a real talent for football you can join the 80 or so students that are enrolled at our fantastic Football Development Centre and get professional coaching and training, and represent the College in the British Colleges Sport (BCS) Centres of Football Excellence League. Its not just for boys either!
