If you have chosen Go North East your student travel will include a ‘Get Around’ ID and a 'Get Around' ticket.
You can complete an online ID application form at www.simplygo.com via the 'Get Around' pages or call the customer services team on 0845 60 60 2 60.
When you have applied to Go North East, your 'Get Around' ID will be sent directly to your home address.
Once the College has confirmed your eligibility with the bus operator, your 'Get Around' ticket will be issued by Go North East and sent directly to your home address.
