Guide to information

All public authorities, including FE and HE colleges, are required by the Information Commissioner to make certain information available to the public in a Publication Scheme, either by publishing it on their website or by making it available on request.

All information can either be printed free of charge from the website or is available from the person or department mentioned. Fees will be charged in accordance with our guidelines on fees and charges.

You have the right, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, to request any information held by us that has not already been made available via this website. You should make your request in writing, by post or email and we will have 20 working days to respond. We may charge a fee for the provision of information, in accordance with our guidelines. We may decline to supply information but where we do we will give reasons. Any complaints should be directed initially to the College using our Complaints Procedure.
