Teaching & assessment
You will be required to work towards standards set by the CMI and develop a portfolio of evidence in preparation for an End Point Assessment. A workplace assessor will help you build the knowledge and understanding to achieve this.
Each unit has an assessment which has been written and validated for the Open University and are designed to allow for achievement of the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership in year one of the programme.
You will have tutorials with your course tutor, to help you with your assessments. You are required to do 20% off the job training and you will work with you own individual apprenticeship skills coordinator to plan this. Once all modules have been internally and externally moderated by CMI then you will receive your certificate.
On successful completion of the Masters you will then progress to complete the apprenticeship End Point Assessment which demonstrate your knowledge, skills and behaviours in you role. For more information on the requirements of the End Point Assessment, please contact the course team.
