You will further develop the skills and behaviours to engage in a technical workshop environment.
Aims
This programme is part of the Foundation Studies offer and is suitable for those students who wish to progress to a career in the construction and technology industry, but currently lack the right level of maths and English or need to further develop the skills and behaviours that will allow them to engage in a technical workshop environment.
You will work to improve resilience, behaviours and evidence for progression and the understanding of how to work to deadlines and follow instructions.
For the majority, the study programme will develop the necessary skills, behaviours and attitudes to progress to a course within the Technology department.
Modules
The course includes maths and English, and will further develop the skills and behaviours needed to engage in a technical workshop environment.
