 ew College Durham is partnering with health and wellbeing charity\, the Pi
 oneering Care Partnership (PCP)\, to host the Better Health at Work Award 
 roadshow. Held at New College Durham’s Framwellgate Moor Campus on Wednesd
 ay 31st of July 2024 from 11am until 3pm\, there will be up to 30 exhibito
 rs in the college’s East Mall promoting ways you can support your health a
 nd wellbeing.\nThere will be a range of activities\, advice\, and demonstr
 ations on offer - from healthy eating and oral health\, to exercise routin
 es and guest speakers promoting the benefits of wellbeing.\nKaren Stubbing
 s\, Project Lead of the Better Health at Work Award at PCP\, said: “We’re 
 excited to be partnering up with New College Durham to host an event for e
 veryone to come along and discover local organisations and groups that can
  support them. We will have Pilates sessions\, massage demonstrations\, ex
 ercise routines and even the latest BMI machines for everyone to try.”\nWh
