Parent Pay

Parents, and students, can pre-pay an online account for food and drink costs at the College using the payment portal Parent Pay.

Many families will already be familiar with this service, which is widely used at many local schools.  For those that are not you can find out more about this convenient way of advance payments used by schools and colleges across the country at their website www.parentpay.com

To set up and use your parent pay account for New College Durham, you will need to:

1. Email ncdparentpay@newdur.ac.uk so we can set you up with an activation code. Your email should contain:

  • Parent’s Name
  • Parent’s email address
  • Student Name, DOB and enrolment number

2. You will be sent an activation code to use on Parent Pay.  The activation code can either be used by existing users or those new to the system.

There is normally a small transaction fee, but New College Durham will absorb the transaction cost for parent pay, meaning that every penny loaded onto your Parent Pay account will be used for meals.
