Support through counselling

Personal Counselling

Get in touch to talk to our professionally trained Counsellor in a confidential setting. Talking about how you are feeling may enable you to make changes in your life or help you to come to terms with things that you can't change.

Our College Counsellor will listen so you are able to share any worries - expressing how you feel may help if you are feeling isolated. If appropriate, you may also discuss other agencies or services that may be helpful.
