Teaching Assistant Apprentice

Job Role:


We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as an Early Years TA Apprentice from January 2026. If you are a committed, enthusiastic person with a passion for Early Year Education, we invite you to express an interest in joining our team.   • High levels of enthusiasm, energy and positivity when working with pupils
  • Relevant qualifications or training within education, childcare or working with additional needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with class teachers and Teaching Assistants to support the progress and development of pupils in school in our outstanding Early Years department (Nursery and Reception)
  • Assist in the creation and adaptation of learning materials to suit pupils’ individual needs
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment throughout school where all pupils feel valued and respected
  • Provide accurate clerical support when required
  • Undertake break and lunch supervision as required
  • Be proactive in completing all CPD and responsibilities to complete academic aspects of an apprenticeship.
