Business Administration Apprentice

Business Administration Apprentice required to support the day-to-day running of a friendly financial planning office in Durham. This role offers hands-on experience, professional development and the opportunity to gain a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional financial planning firm as a Business Administration Apprentice. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the office while developing key administrative and customer service skills.

Duties will include providing general administrative support, answering phone calls and responding to emails, maintaining client records and filing systems, and supporting advisers and office staff with day-to-day and ad hoc tasks. Full training will be provided alongside a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

• Training

  The apprentice will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, supported by New College Durham. Training will include the development of administrative, communication, I T and organisational skills, alongside functional skills where required. The apprentice will receive regular support and reviews throughout the programme.
