Main description
Trainee Negotiator/Property Coordinator
Place of work:
Ben Charles Ltd, 96 Claypath, Durham, DH1 1RG.
The roll will include / require the successful candidate to:
• Providing advice and guidance to customers.
• Identifying needs and ensuring clients requirements are met.
• General administrative duties.
• Competent use of internal IT systems.
• Focus on attention to detail and ensuring that records and systems are updated and
accurate.
• Face to face, online and telephone communication with clients.
• Social media content creation.
• Working closely with fellow team members to ensure that both the business and
client expectations are met.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work and the need to meet essential deadlines.
• External appointments.
• Property Inspections/Reports.
• Liaise with third party companies including: solicitors, estate agents, contractors.
The role is going to be diverse and will demand both attention to
detail and ability to work to customer driven deadlines. Comprehensive training will be
provided. The role will be permanent from outset (subject to a probation period) and the
remuneration will be in line with our high expectations.
Training to be Provided
• Comprehensive role specific training (ongoing).
• Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
• End- Point Assessment ( E P A).
