Construction Management Trainee Apprenticeship

Manners has employed apprentices from its earliest days, with many of our Senior Managers starting in this role. As an apprentice, you’ll be working in a supportive multi-disciplinary team, gaining hands-on experience and invaluable skills supporting these fast paced and reactive divisions.

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work:

• Supporting the busy and fast paced divisions of Fire Doors or Small Works
• Liaising with office and site staff to source necessary data
• Maintaining accurate records and uploading details to identified systems, including spreadsheets and portals
• Liaising and building relations with key stakeholders via telephone and email communications
• Additional admin based duties

• Training

  Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills. You will be in college 1 day per week, the other 4 days in the workplace.
