Apprentice SEND Learning Support Assistant

Advance Learning Partnership (ALP) is a child-centred, forward-thinking organisation where people truly matter. If you’re looking for a role in a workplace that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth, ALP offers the perfect opportunity to thrive.

Join a dedicated and experienced SEND team with this fantastic opportunity.
Our SEND team is led by a SENDCo, with support from an assistant SENDCo, HLTAs specialising in various SEN needs, LSAs who focus on in-class support and managing the sensory room, and our school counsellor.
We take pride in placing the needs and interests of our students at the forefront of everything we do. Committed to educational excellence, we strive to help students with SEND reach their full potential through positive intervention, removing learning barriers, and raising expectations to accelerate achievement. We believe every teacher is a teacher of SEND, enabling our department to collaborate with other subjects and enhance support for our most vulnerable students.
