The learners will gain crucial skills and working experiences, utilising tools that they will be expected to be familiar with in surroundings equivalent to that within a Spectator Safety and Security capacity within the TV/Screen/Stage/Music arena.
The world of Events, including TV and Film Media utilise Security and Events staff when ‘on location’ and has a plethora of opportunities for all. Safety and Security teams are crucial to on location shooting, and that of stage and music events, being part of a reputable agency and having robust knowledge and training with industry work tickets and licences is vital for continued work within this sector.

This is a 60-hour programme delivered part time within Newcastle East, Newcastle West and Northumberland. The core elements, all delivered by industry experts, include:
