Retroflo are a MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation) company based in Seaham. Alongside commercial and industrial electrical work, we specialize in the water industry as a Northumbrian Water Partner. Our projects range from maintaining and upgrading pumping stations to installing and commissioning new systems across clean and wastewater treatment sites.

• Training

  You will learn how to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including industrial water treatment and pumping environments. You'll be trained in control panels, motor systems, fault finding, and electrical safety in a regulated environment.
   

  You will also attend New College Durham one day a week during term time.
