Customer Service Apprenticeship

Responsible for the day-to-day Office operation and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Delivering good quality day-to-day customer service and assist with the operating facility of the business.

  • Dealing with Customers in person, via email and on the telephone.
  • Dealing with Cash and Card Payments.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Safe work environment.
  • Taking bookings – walk ins and over the telephone.
  • Ensuring all consumables (socks, wristbands) are stocked.
  • Knowledge of Allergens and Product Ingredients.
  • Liaising with other team members to assist in the smooth operation of the business.
  • Conducting Safety Briefings.
  • Knowledge of Products and availability.
  • Be active throughout the business hours, supporting the supervisor/manager where required to deliver the best guest experience possible and promote the Infinite Air brand.
