About the Role:
As an Apprentice Administrator, the successful candidate will gain experience across both sides of our business:
Sustainability Team: Supporting appointment booking, data input/checking on our CRM system, and conducting data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Energy Sales Team: Liaising with energy suppliers to handle queries, updating daily stats, and managing and monitoring our internal CRM system.
Although the apprentice will primarily be based within our energy sales department, they will receive full training across all areas to support the wider business with any ad-hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sustainability Team with appointment booking and scheduling.
Input and check data on the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Conduct data audits for quality assurance.
Liaise with suppliers to gather and update relevant information.
Support both teams with ad-hoc admin tasks and projects.
Learn and adapt to different areas of the business for a well-rounded experience.
