Teaching & assessment

You will complete an End Point Assessment for this apprenticeship programme.

Our housing team work very closely with housing employers and professionals to ensure course content is up-to-date. The team also work collaboratively with the Chartered Institute of Housing and the Northern Housing Consortium.

Placement:

You will be employed within a housing related organisation that will enable you to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours to become a housing professional.

You could progress to a higher level programme in a related subject, or move into employment within the industry.

Interview Instructions

You will be invited to attend an interview with our housing apprenticeships team.

Entry Criteria

You will hold GCSE maths and English, or Level 2 equivalent.

If you do not hold Level 2 maths and English, you must be willing to work towards achieving these qualifications while completing your apprenticeship.
