Below are the things you need to know.

The ceremony will be held on Friday 3 July 2020.

You MUST register for graduation by the deadline. Any registrations received after the closing date cannot be guaranteed a place.

When you register you will get a confirmation email from the College.  If you DO NOT get a confirmation email contact

Ceremony Time

At end of April/ beginning of May you will be sent an email giving you your ceremony time & letting you know about guest tickets. The ceremony lasts approximately one hour. A reception will take place following the ceremony.

Guest Tickets

Guest tickets will be available to purchase via the online booking system on our website. Students registering before the closing date are guaranteed to be able to purchase two guest tickets.  Dependent upon numbers, we may be able to release additional tickets.  You will be notified of the availability of extra tickets via email. Extra ticket sales will also be announced via social media.

Students who are graduating do not need to buy a ticket for themselves.

Gown Hire

All students who are graduating MUST wear a gown. You will be sent an email with details of how and when to hire your gown after you have registered.  There is a deadline for gown hire. If you do not book by the deadline, we cannot guarantee you a gown.

Professional photographers Ede and Ravenscroft will be available on the day.  Photography is optional.  You can book a spot in advance or on the day.

On the day

You need to arrive one hour and a half before your ceremony starts. We will try to accommodate late arrivals, but this cannot be guaranteed. Anyone arriving later than 15 minutes before the ceremony start time will not be admitted. Further details regarding the running order for the day will be sent out nearer the date.
