Annabelle Steel, New College Durham student, talks about how NCS has had an impact on her:
“NCS helped me in various ways, mainly with my confidence. Before NCS I hated getting up and speaking in public, but now I like to challenge myself. Taking part in different projects has also helped me to understand different employers and charities, and how I can get involved in the community. I am so pleased I signed up for NCS as it was a great opportunity and I got to meet new people and made new friends.”
