Study Aims

This baking course aims to help you to master simple and basic techniques to improve the taste, texture and appearance of your sweet treats.

You will need to provide your own ingredients, apron and containers to take your creations home.

Modules Studied

The choice of bakes on this course may include delicate pastries (both sweet and/or savoury), mousse desserts, cakes, biscuits, scones, fatless sponges, roulades and pastry cream.

Times of Delivery

  • Tuesday - 6pm-9pm

Teaching and Assessment

There will be no formal assessment but you will be observed whilst carrying out practical tasks in the kitchen.
