The role of the International Team is to offer support and guidance to international students studying on programmes at New College Durham. Our aim is to help you make the most of your time here in Durham.
Students from numerous countries study with us, so you will be part of a diverse and welcoming community. We provide advice and assistance on non-curriculum matters, including support with UK Visa & Immigration requirements and accommodation. The International Team is based in the University Centre, and we are happy to discuss any issues with you personally.
We also organise a range of cultural trips and events to enhance your learning experience and help build connections between international students and the local community.

The International Team also supports students who are interested in gaining international experience during their studies. We provide information, advice, and guidance on a range of international opportunities, including study and exchange programmes abroad.
